Please be aware that GPH may require additional documents to verify your identity and clarify your request. These documents and the information provided will be handled with strict confidentiality and in compliance with the relevant laws.
Your request will be processed exclusively by authorized personnel under the supervision of GPH’s Data Protection Officer, all of whom are bound by confidentiality obligations. The personnel involved may be based in the Bahamas, the UK, or other GPH global offices, and all actions will adhere to relevant data protection laws.
Any documents you submit will be automatically deleted 90 days after your request is finalized. The specifics of your request will be retained only as long as necessary for GPH to fulfill your request and comply with legal requirements under the Bahamas Data Protection Act, 2003, or other applicable laws.
The GDPR provides for enhanced rights and GPH is committed to giving you the appropriate control of your own personal data.
