Marques Williams, NCP Operations Manager, Appointed to the LJM Maritime Academy Leadership Team

Congratulations to our Operations Manager, Marques Williams, on his new appointment!

Marques was recently appointed to the LJM Maritime Academy leadership team as Chairman of the Board, bringing his strong expertise and leadership qualities.

Marques has been the Operations Manager at Nassau Cruise Port since 2019 and has a robust background in the maritime industry. He was a Royal Bahamas Defence Force Marine Seaman, former Assistant Port Director in Abaco and New Providence, Operations Coordinator at the Bahamas Maritime Authority’s London Office, National Coordinator for the International Maritime Organization’s Voluntary Audit Scheme, and President of the Association of Bahamas Marinas. Marques also holds a Bachelor of Science from SUNY Maritime College and a Master of Science from the University of Salford.
